★ i am a self-taught webmaster and still new to web design / coding so the site might be a little rough around the edges...

★ this site was made with visual studio code and microsoft firefox (recommended browser for best experience)

★ best viewed on desktop! this site is not properly optimized for mobile. although some pages can be viewed on a mobile device without any issues, mobile users might miss out on some site features (e.g. interactivity, pop-ups, hover effects, etc.).

★ this site features a teeny bit of javascript

★ last but not least...this is an absolutely generative AI free zone. the use of gen. AI was not involved in the making of this website.

the existence of gen. AI is not tolerated here and never will be.

the best part of getting into site customization in my 20s is that i get to join in on the fun that was myspace profiles and geocities blogs.

my passion for web design and html/css coding stems from my days on tumblr from around 2014-2017.

my time spent scrolling on tumblr after-school, stumbling on the interactive sites of random users, led to my experimentation with HTML/CSS coding.

i've been growing increasingly restless with social media as of late, so discovering neocities felt like a breath of fresh air.

although i still post on instagram as a means to promote my work and interact with other artists, showcasing my art on neocities will allow it a place to breathe.
