follow me on neocities: /jadetheshade and leave a message on my guestbook if you'd like! love from, your friendly neighbourhood  you know, my hidden passion for web design and html/css coding really stemmed from my days on tumblr from around 2014-2017 - circa my middle school years (actually, no middle schooler should have been on tumblr...) all my after-school hours spent scrolling through tumblr inspired me to put together my own personalized blog theme. i'm currently in this love-hate relationship with social media, so discovering neocities almost felt like discovering the door to Narnia in my own wardrobe; an escape from the weird gen-AI/social media hell we're in right now.the best part of coming back to site customization in my 20s is that i get to join in on the fun that everyone had in the early 2000s with their custom myspace profiles and geocities blogs (or even reminisce my 2010s tumblr days) please note:
★ i am a self-taught webmaster and i am still new to web design and coding so the site might be a little rough around the edges...
